Bronte Square Holidays Lets has been sympathetically renovated to the highest standards to provide guests with the very best in modern home comforts combined with attractive original features. The property was originally Haworth village school and the building retains its unique charm and character.
The open plan kitchen/dining area is spacious, light and airy with more than enough kitchen equipment for guests who prefer to dine in. Bronte Square’s large lounge area includes two luxurious leather sofas, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the area, along with a state of the art I-Pod docking station with surround sound, TV with DVD, CD and MP3 player. The property has been fitted with smart technology to provide intelligent lighting to the lounge, stairs, landing and bedrooms; allowing guests to create ‘lighting moods’ by using a remote control.
With three spacious double bedrooms, Bronte Square provides flexible accommodation for up to six guests. Each bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets, reading lamps and generous storage space. The fully tiled house bathroom includes a free standing power shower, shaver point, bath, WC and heated towel rail. Underfloor heating has been fitted throughout the property to provide luxurious comfort.
Haworth village is steeped in history and makes an excellent base for exploring all that this fascinating area has to offer. Haworth itself is, of course, world famous for being the home of legendary literary family the Brontes. Charlotte, Emily and Anne Bronte lived at The Bronte Parsonage, now a very popular visitor attraction just a short walk from Bronte Square Holiday Lets. The delightful Worth Valley Railway; one of the UK’s best preserved steam railways and setting for filming of the ‘Railway Children’, is close by.
Surrounded by excellent walking country, the stunning moorland landscape around Haworth offers lovers of the outdoors many local footpaths and walking routes. Haworth hosts an incredibly popular 1940s weekend every May, along with a ‘Discover Christmas Past’ event during December.
